Photos: Ward Councillor shot by gunmen in Delta State

According to Adibor Freedom, Hon Silver Etieyibo, the Honourable Councillor representing Ward 16, Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State was shot by suspected gunmen at Effurun Round about on Friday.
